Disposal completes
Real Good Food plc is pleased to confirm that the sale of the business and certain assets of its non-core trading business, Garrett Ingredients Limited ("Garretts"), to Kent Foods Limited ("Kent") has completed today, for a consideration of £1.8m, in line with the announcement made on April 13th.
