Board changesΒ
The Real Good Food Company plcΒ ("Real Good Food" orΒ "the Group"),Β is a supplier ofΒ sugarsΒ and bakeryΒ ingredients andΒ a manufacturer ofΒ bakeryΒ products.Β
Following the restructuring announced inΒ January,Β whenΒ the Group's head office was moved from London to Liverpool and its two largest businesses were consolidated to form Renshawnapier, the Group is today making a number of senior management changes.
Pat Ridgwell, currently non-executive Deputy Chairman,Β will be joining Pieter TottΓ© as joint Chairman of Real Good Food,Β with immediate effect.Β Β At the same time,Β Pieter TottΓ© will assume the role of Executive Chairman of Renshawnapier, the Group's principal operating business.Β
As a consequence,Β Stephen Heslop, Chief Executive Officer, will be leaving the business.Β The BoardΒ thanksΒ StephenΒ for the contribution he has made to the Real Good Food during theΒ past four years and wishesΒ him well for the future.
