Revolution Beauty Group plc (AIM: REVB), the multi-channel mass beauty innovator, has been notified that Bob Holt, Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 2,250,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 July 2023 at a price of 30p per Ordinary Share. Following this sale, Bob holds 2,376,315 Ordinary Shares of the Company.
