("Revolution Beauty", the "Group" or the "Company")
Grant of Share Options
Revolution Beauty Group plc (AIM: REVB), announces that on 19 February 2024, the Group granted Neil Catto, Chief Financial Officer, options over 3,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company (the "Options", "Ordinary Shares") under the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
The Options have an exercise price of £0.27 per Ordinary Share and are not subject to performance conditions other than continued employment by the Group. 750,000 of the Ordinary Shares under option vest immediately, with further tranches of 750,000 Ordinary Shares vesting annually thereafter. Once vested, each tranche of Ordinary Shares has a 12-month holding period before those Ordinary Shares can be disposed of.
