The Company was notified on 15 January 2013 that on 11 January 2013, UBS AG reduced its holding in REH's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from 4,400,000 to 3,648,804 Ordinary Shares (representing 6.32% and 5.24% of the issued ordinary share capital respectively).
