Renewable Energy Holdings plc05 September 2005 Renewable Energy Holdings plc Contract with Boeing Service Company Renewable Energy Holdings plc ("REH" or the "Company"), the AIM listed investor,and operator of, proven and innovative renewable energy technologies, todayannounces that it entered into a contract with Boeing Service Company ("Boeing")whereby Boeing will provide REH with its technical expertise to support it onits renewable energy projects. Under the contract, which runs to 31 December 2008 with two one year optionperiods to extend, Boeing will provide engineering and other support activitiesto REH covering a number of renewable energy projects The contract alsoprovides for a revenue sharing arrangement in the event that Boeing introducesrenewable energy projects to REH that are subsequently undertaken.
