Red24 PLC07 August 2007 red24 plc AGM Statement The Annual General Meeting of red24 plc took place today and all the resolutionswere duly passed. Simon Richards, the chairman of the Company, said that Mr Simon Wakeling wouldbe taking over the agency for distributing red24's products throughout theAmericas to further the existing connection with AIG. This is a full timecommitment and accordingly Mr Wakeling is resigning from the Board of theCompany.
