Statement re. speculation

Camco Clean Energy plc notes recent speculation and can confirm that it is under consideration, alongside a partner, in respect of a contract to assist with the deployment of capital into renewable energy projects in Africa on behalf of a third party. Camco also confirms that its subsidiary, REDT*, is in discussions regarding a contract with a third party to manufacture its product.

Further announcements will be made in due course when appropriate.

* Camco Clean Energy plc, on a fully diluted basis, has an economic interest of 49% in REDT.
