Board Update

In line with the Board's succession planning and following a comprehensive search process, the Company announces the following:

Colleen McHugh has been appointed, with effect from 1 March 2021, as an independent non-executive director of the Company. Colleen will also serve as a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Management Engagement Committee and will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting to be held in September 2021 ("2021 AGM").

Colleen, a Guernsey resident, has over 20 years' experience in the investment and financial services industry, predominantly as an investment manager and private banker within international institutions, including HSBC, Barclays and Butterfield Bank. She is a Chartered Wealth Manager and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

Welcoming Colleen McHugh to the Board, Bob Cowdell, Chairman, commented: "I am delighted that Colleen has agreed to join the RECI Board and look forward to working with her and benefiting from the experience and complementary skills she will bring."

Graham Harrison, a non-executive director of the Company, has notified the Board that he does not intend to stand for re-election as a director of the Company at the 2021 AGM.

Bob Cowdell commented: "While we shall continue to benefit from Graham's expertise and wisdom until September's AGM, I would like to thank him for his longstanding and much valued contribution to the Board since the Company's launch and during my tenure as Chairman. We wish him every success for the future."

There are no further disclosures to be made in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13R (1) - (6) of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.
