Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited (the "Company" or "RECI PCC")

Change in reporting frequency

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited ("RECI PCC" or "The Company") announces a change in its reporting frequency.

The revised reporting calendar will include the Interim Financial Report for the six month period ending 30 September and the full year Annual Report for the 12 month period ending 31 March. Interim Management Statements ("IMS") will be issued in each six month period of the Company's financial year no earlier than the tenth week after the beginning of the relevant period and no later than the sixth week before the end of that period.

The Investment Manager to RECI PCC releases fortnightly fact sheets. Notification of the publication of these fact sheets is made via the regulatory newswire service (RNS) and the fact sheets are available on the Company website.

The Company believes the above financial statements, along with the fortnightly fact sheets released by the Investment Manager, provide sufficient and more timely information for investors. Therefore, the Company will no longer be releasing the announcements for the quarters ending 31 December and 30 June.

There will therefore be no results announcement for the quarter ended 31 December 2011 and the next public release will be the IMS expected in mid- February 2012.
