Change of name to Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited
Further to the announcements regarding the Conversion into a PCC, the Company announces that the Guernsey Registry has confirmed the change of the Company's name to "Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited". The Guernsey Registry will advertise the fact of the name change for such period as it may determine.
Terms set out in this announcement but not defined are as defined in the Prospectus dated 11 July 2011.
