Fixed February 12, 2009 as the "record date" for determining the names of the equity shareholders for the purpose of sub-division/splitting of 1 (one) equity share of face value Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each to 10 (Ten) equity shares of face value of Rs.1/- (Rupees One Only) each.
Considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 2008.
