Approved and has taken on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March, 2008.
Recommended a dividend @15% on the Equity Shares and @ 4% on Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares for the Year ended 31st March 2008.
Reappointed Sh. Sandip Jhunjhunwala as the Managing Director of the Company.
