R.E.A.Hldgs PLC20 December 2006 R.E.A. Holdings plc (the "company") - Interim dividend in lieu of final In the company's interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2006, it wasindicated that the directors of the company intended that the payment ofordinary dividends should be resumed and that an interim dividend in lieu of afinal for the year ending 31 December 2006 of 1p per ordinary shares be paid inearly 2007. In line with that indication, the directors of the company have today declaredan interim dividend in lieu of final for the year ending of 31 December 2006 of1p per ordinary share. This will be paid on 9 February 2007 to shareholders onthe register at the close of business on 12 January 2007.
