International Logistics Group Company Selects Rosslyn Data Technologies

Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a leading global big data technology company, today announces it has entered a contract with one of the Europe's largest logistics groups.

Today's win is the latest in a growing client roster within the industry, which already includes one of the world's largest logistics groups. The data analytics contract, worth over €560,000, covers a three-year period, with €320,000 of anticipated revenues in the first year and €120,000 per annum thereafter. The contract includes an option to migrate and extend the solution beyond the three-year term as well adding additional services during the contract life.

This client is a high profile global logistics company. The technology landscape in which it operates is complex, covering diverse companies, geographies and languages as well as a multitude of data repositories and ERP systems. This level of complexity means that the data challenges are extremely high, and Rosslyn's selection again demonstrates the security and trust organisations have in the RAPid platform. Rosslyn aims to complete initial implementation of this project in less than eight weeks, which includes the provision of a complete data analytics enrichment, aggregation and dashboard service.

The client is seeking to identify and mitigate an increasing and varying number of opportunities that it has identified, with the functionality of Rosslyn's RAPid platform assisting to provide a strategically important platform of intelligence that the clients program will be reliant on. The RAPid platform will enable the client to bring together data from multiple sources whilst improving the quality of their data, monitor risks and visualise issues.

RAPid closes the gap between the business user and their data and empowers them with easy to use and highly visual analytical tools to unlock the value of their data and identify opportunities that otherwise may have remained hidden.
