Chief Financial Officer Appointment
Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a leading global big data technology company, is delighted to announce that Ash Mehta will be joining the Company and board of RDT as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 23 April 2019. Ash has substantial CFO experience in growth companies, both public and private, and his appointment will bring significant financial expertise to the Company and board.
Rosslyn CEO, Roger Bullen said, "After a rigorous search process for the right candidate, I am thrilled to have secured Ash for the role of CFO. He brings a wealth of relevant experience to support Rosslyn's growth in the coming years."
Pursuant to Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Ashoni Kumar Mehta (aged 53) has held the following directorships or partnerships in the past five years:

The Company clarifies that, pursuant to Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, James Appleby currently holds the following directorships:

This notification should be read in conjunction with RNS Number 3618V, dated 23 July 2018, whereby one of James Appleby's current directorships was listed as "PVC Growth Ltd".
There is no further information required to be disclosed in respect of James' appointment pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
