Transaction in Own Shares
Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), announces that it has made the following purchase of ordinary shares of 0.1p in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 17 September 2019:

Following the repurchase of Ordinary Shares set out above, the Company's issued share capital consists of 149,148,808 Ordinary Shares, 326,905 of which are held in Treasury. For reporting under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, shareholders should exclude any Ordinary Shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 148,821,903 Ordinary Shares (the issued voting share capital) when determining if they are required to notify their interest, or a change of their interest in the Company.
The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Programme.
