Pre-close statement
Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, is pleased to provide a pre-close update for the six months ended 30 September 2018.
The financial performance for the six months to 30 September 2018 has been in line with the Board's expectations. The Company has continued to focus on delivering reliable services for its clients while improving operational performance. Cash flows have remained strong with net debt reducing in the period from £27.7m as at 31 March 2018 to £22.6m as at 30 September 2018.
The Company will report its interim results on 22 November 2018.
