Directorate change
Redcentric plc ("the Company") (AIM: RCN) today announces that, following five years in office, the Chairman, Chris Cole, has notified the Board of his intention to stand down once a suitable successor has been found. The Board will now commence a search process for a new chairman and Steve Vaughan, the Senior Independent Director, will lead the process. A further announcement regarding Chris' replacement will be made in due course.

Chris has led the Board through a time of major change for the Company and leaves Redcentric in a stable position with a clearly defined strategy and opportunities for growth."
