Board Changes

 

Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces the following changes to the Board. Dean Barber will step down from his position as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, and David Senior will join the board of directors (the "Board") and take over as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

 

David has been with the Company in the role of Finance Director since 2017. He has been instrumental in building a strong finance team and made a significant contribution to the commercial successes of the Company over the last 3 years. David is a chartered certified accountant with 20 years of experience in finance, including in several senior positions with Wolseley plc.

 

Ian Johnson, Chairman, commented:

 

"I am pleased to welcome David to the Board. David's experience and skills have already been, and will continue to be, of great benefit to the Company and we look forward to having him on the Board. I would also like, on behalf of the Board, to wish Dean well for the future.''
