Director Dealings
Rapidcloud announces that on 25 September 2015, David Cotterell, Chairman of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 31 pence per Share.
Following the transaction, Mr Cotterell holds 166,295 Shares in the Company, representing 0.77 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
