Permission to appeal granted
Further to the announcement made on 4 June 2015 the Board of Trinity Mirror plc announces that its subsidiary, MGN Limited, has today been granted permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal against the judgment handed down on 21 May 2015 by Mr Justice Mann in relation to civil claims relating to phone hacking.
Expedition has been granted and the appeal will be heard as soon as reasonably possible.
