Purchase of Partnership Shares under the Ricardo PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP")
Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that on 10 February 2023 it received notification from the trustee (the "Trustee") of the Company's SIP that on 9 February 2023 it purchased an aggregate of 18 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") in the market at a price of £5.55 per Share on behalf the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities:

These purchases related to the "Partnership Share" element of the SIP and were made using deductions from the relevant individual's gross salaries. The purchases are in addition to the purchases of an aggregate of 36 Shares made on 9 February 2023, as announced by the Company on 17 February 2023.
