Robinson PLC12 September 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 12 September 2007 Robinson plc (or "the Company") Voting Rights and Capital The Company announces that, on 11 September 2007, 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.5peach in the Company ('Shares') were transferred out of treasury, pursuant to theexercise of options by a former employee. Following this transfer, the Company'sshare capital consists of 17,687,223 Shares, of which 1,753,722 Shares are heldin treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is15,933,501. The above figure 15,933,501 may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
