Robinson plc ("Robinson" or "the Company"; stock code: RBN), the custom manufacturer of plastic and paperboard packaging based in Chesterfield, was notified that the Chairman, Mr Richard Clothier, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 71p on 23 March 2018. Accordingly, Richard Clothier is now interested in a total of 59,548 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.4% of the total voting rights of the Company.
