Robinson PLC24 November 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 24 November 2006 Robinson plc Contract Loss Robinson plc (the "Company"; stock code: RBN), the custom manufacturer ofpaperboard and plastic packaging, announces today that its contract to providepaperboard containers to Goldenfry Foods Ltd will not be renewed when it expires at the end of 2006. Annual revenues are around £3m from this contract. The contract provides acontribution of circa £0.75m per annum towards the Company's fixed costs. Jon Marx, Chief Executive, commented: "It is disappointing that, after such a long relationship with Goldenfry, wehave lost this contract. In a highly competitive pricing environment, however,winning the business would have resulted in unacceptable margins. We willcontinue to pursue other opportunities to offset this loss and we will reviewour cost structure to minimise the future impact on profit. The costs of thisreorganisation will be included in the 2006 results which are due to beannounced on 23 March 2007."
