Robinson PLC11 February 2005 Robinson plc Dividend Declaration Robinson, the custom manufacturer of paperboard and plastic packaging, announcesits second interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2004. The board of Robinson has approved a second interim dividend of 1p per share inrespect of the year ended 31 December 2004. This dividend is payable on 6 April2005 to shareholders registered on 4 March 2005. The ex-dividend date is 2 March2005. When added to the interim dividend of 1p per share that was paid to shareholderson 4 October 2004, this represents a total dividend of 2p to date for the yearended 31 December 2004. Any final dividend will be proposed to shareholders atthe AGM which is currently planned for 5 May 2005.
