Revolution Bars Group plc

("Revolution" or the "Company")

Grant of awards under the Revolution Bars Group Plc Performance Share Plan (the "Plan") and under Revolution Bars Group Plc Share Scheme (the "Scheme").

The Company announces that on 18 October 2018, it granted options under the Plan with an exercise price of £0.001 per share over, in aggregate, 1,047,654 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "PSP Options") to Rob Pitcher, Mark Walter, Alex Stanhope, Fiona Regan, Kate Eastwood, Myles Doran, Clinton Ghent and Andy Dyson (the "Option Holders").

The Company also granted options to Rob Pitcher, Mark Walter and Alex Stanhope over 78,600 Ordinary Shares under the terms of the Scheme (the "CSOP Options"). The CSOP Options were granted with an exercise price of £1.145 per share.

The PSP Options and CSOP Options shall vest and become exercisable on the date the Remuneration Committee determines that the performance targets, as set out in the deed of grant (the "Performance Conditions"), have been met, which is likely to be on the date that is the later of the preliminary announcement of the results for the year ended June 2021 and 18 October 2021, being three years from the date of grant of the options (the "Vesting Date").

Subject to the Performance Conditions being met, the PSP Options will be exercisable by the Option Holders within three years from the Vesting Date; and the CSOP Options will be exercisable within seven years from the Vesting Date.
