Completion of Acquisition
On 5 December 2018, the Board announced that a subsidiary of the Company had entered into a conditional agreement for the acquisition of a completed warehouse in Nizhny Novgorod, together with 21.5ha of adjacent land. The acquisition was subject to the satisfaction of certain escrow arrangements. The Board is pleased to announce that completion of the acquisition took place yesterday, 19 December 2018.
