("Raven Russia" or the "Company") 

Appointment of new director

The board of Raven Russia (the "Directors" or the "Board") is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Mark Sinclair, age 43, as Chief Financial Officer.

Mark, a Guernsey resident, is a chartered accountant, and spent 18 years at BDO Stoy Hayward, a leading professional firm in the UK. He was a partner in the London real estate group responsible for a portfolio of large property companies, both listed and private. He was also the lead partner of the London real estate audit group. He joined the Raven Group on 23 June 2006 as Finance Director of Raven Russia Property Management Limited, the property adviser to Raven Russia Limited and became a senior member of the Raven Russia Limited finance team following the Internalisation in November 2008. He has significant experience in all financial aspects of property transactions and company reporting.

As at the date of this announcement, Mark's interest, including that of his immediate family, (all of which is beneficial) in the ordinary share capital of the Company is 16,197 ordinary shares representing 0.0033 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

In accordance with Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, the Company confirms that Mr. Sinclair:

(a) has no unspent convictions in relation to indictable offences;

(b) has not had any bankruptcy order made against him or entered into any individual voluntary arrangement;

(c) has not been a director of a company which has been placed into receivership, compulsory liquidation, creditors' voluntary liquidation, administration or which has entered into any company voluntary arrangement or any composition or arrangement with its creditors generally or any class of its creditors, at the time of or within twelve months preceding such events;

(d) has not been a partner of any partnership which has been put into compulsory liquidation, administration or entered into partnership voluntary arrangements, at the time of or within twelve months preceding such events;

(e) has not had a receivership of any asset or of a partnership where he was a partner at the time of or within twelve months preceding such event; or

(f) has not been publicly criticised by statutory or regulatory authorities (including recognised professional bodies) nor ever been disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or from acting in the management or conduct of the affairs of any company.
