("RAM" or the "Company")
Trading Update
The Company announces that it has become aware of a letter sent by a shareholder to a limited group of other RAM shareholders that, amongst other things, stated that Q1 2013 were below Q1 revenues 2012. The board of RAM confirms that this statement is correct.
RAM has not in the past, and does not intend to in the future, publish any quarterly financial information. The Company will update the market with full interim results for the first half of 2013 in due course.
RAM is seeking legal advice and has asked that the matter be referred to the relevant authorities. It it will fully cooperate with any investigation that those authorities may choose to undertake.
The board of RAM continues to evaluate options to strengthen the balance sheet of the Company and continues to seek additional capital for this purpose.
