RAM Investment Group PLC04 February 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 4 FEBRUARY 2005 RAM Investment Group plc ("RAM" or "the Company") Placing of new Ordinary Shares The Board of RAM announces that the Company has completed a placing of 608,556new Ordinary Shares in RAM at 76p per share. The new Ordinary Shares, thesubject of the placing, represent 10.71 per cent of RAM's enlarged issued sharecapital. The net proceeds of the placing, being approximately £ 460,000 will beapplied in supporting certain of RAM's current projects and providing workingcapital for the Group as a whole. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the 608,556 newOrdinary Shares in RAM to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected thatAdmission will become effective and that trading in the new Ordinary Shares onAIM will commence on 10 February 2005.
