First Artist Corporation PLC18 September 2007 First Artist Corporation plc Director/PDMR Shareholding First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN) (the 'Company'), the integratedmarketing, sport and entertainment management group, announces that it has todaybeen notified by the trustees, Capita Trustees Limited, that on 13th September2007 the First Artist Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') acquired an interestin 75,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares')at a price of 1.115 pence per share. Following this transaction, the Trust now holds 100,000 Shares, which represents0.87% of the Company's issued share capital. The Shares have been acquired by the Trust to satisfy certain awards of employeeshare options.
