First Artist Corporation PLC11 September 2007 First Artist Corporation plc Director/PDMR Shareholding First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN) (the 'Company'), the integratedmarketing, sport and entertainment management group, announces that it has todaybeen notified by the trustees, Capita Trustees Limited, that on 10th September2007 the First Artist Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') acquired an interestin 25,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares')at a price of 99 pence per share. Following this transaction, the Trust now holds 25,000 Shares, which represents0.21% of the Company's issued share capital. The Shares have been acquired by the Trust to satisfy certain awards of employeeshare options.
