First Artist Corporation PLC12 February 2008 12th February 2008 For immediate release First Artist Corporation plc Director/PDMR Shareholding First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN) (the 'Company'), the media,entertainment and events group, announces that it has been notified by CapitaTrustees Limited, the trustees of the First Artist Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') that on 11th February 2008 the Trust acquired an interest in 26,000ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') at a priceof 79 pence per share. Following this transaction, the Trust now holds 226,000 Shares, representing1.64% of the Company's issued share capital. The Shares have been acquired by the Trust to satisfy certain awards of employeeshare options.
