First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN), the media and sport group, announces that Julianne Coutts, Director, has resigned, with immediate effect, from the Board and from her position as Company Secretary. The Board would like to extend their thanks to Julianne for the contribution she has made during her time in office.
