AGM Statement
r4e, the transatlantic media and entertainment marketing company, is holding its annual general meeting today and at that meeting David Stoller, Executive Chairman of r4e, will make the following statement:
"I'm pleased to share with you that trading in the first half of this year has been very positive and the board is confident in the outlook for the year. The refinancing of the Company's indebtedness that was completed last year, and the associated fundraising that was completed at the same time, have had a positive impact on our business and positioned the Company to pursue the growth initiatives we have outlined in prior announcements.
I look forward to updating shareholders further as our business progresses."
