Exercise of Options / Issue of Equity
and Director/PDMR Dealings
Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of innovative, highly engineered technology products principally to the global gaming industry, announces the following dealings in the ordinary shares of £0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Director Dealing
On 4 May 2017, Michael Peagram, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 385 pence per Ordinary Share.
Exercise of Options
The Company announces that it has applied to the London Stock Exchange for 565,200 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").. The new Ordinary Shares are being issued subsequent to exercises of options over Ordinary Shares ("Options") by certain Directors', persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR's") and employees of the Company.
On 2 May 2017, Jon Jayal, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, exercised and retained the nil cost options over 400,000 Ordinary Shares granted to him by Nick Jarmany in recognition of his early stage contribution to Quixant's business and his importance to the Company in the future and referred to in paragraph 10 (b) of Part V of the Company's admission document dated 15 May 2013. These Ordinary Shares were held by Nick Jarmany, Chief Executive of the Company. Additionally, on 3 May 2017, Jon Jayal exercised a further 110,200 Options. He subsequently sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares on 3 May 2017 at a price of 385 pence per Ordinary Share.
On 3 May 2017, Cresten Preddy, Finance Director of the Company, exercised and retained 20,000 Options.
Following these transactions, on Admission:
- Nick Jarmany will hold 12,179,940 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 18.47 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital
- Jon Jayal's shareholding will increase to 460,200 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.70 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital; and
- Cresten Preddy will hold 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
- Michael Peagram will hold 227,174 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.34 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Furthermore, on 3 May 2017 the following PDMR's of the Company exercised Options:

Total Voting Rights
It is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence in the new Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 5 May 2017. On Admission the Company's issued share capital will comprise 65,929,982 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury. Accordingly, the figure of 65,929,982 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
