Grant of Options
Quixant (AIM:QXT), a leading provider of innovative, highly engineered technology products principally for the global gaming and broadcast industries, announces that, under the Quixant plc 2022 Long Term Incentive Plan, the Board has granted a total of 727,732 options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") in the business.
Vesting of these options is subject to performance conditions. The vesting of 70 per cent. of such awards would be dependent on the Company's adjusted earnings per share performance for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. The vesting of 30 per cent. of such awards would be dependent on the Company's total shareholder return performance over a three-year period commencing on the grant of the awards. Further details on the performance conditions can be found within the Company's Notice of AGM posted to shareholders on 11 April 2022.
