Result of Annual General Meeting (correction)
QUIZ, the omni-channel fashion brand, announces a correction to the results of the resolutions passed on a poll at the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 20 September 2023. The correction relates to the voting on Resolution 10 in the table below. This announcement replaces RNS Number 1103N released by the Group on 20 September 2023.
