The Company announces that it received notification on 22 March 2019 that, further to the transfer of 2,034,670 ordinary shares from her spouse, Mussarat Ramzan now has a beneficial holding of 6,519,643 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 5.25% of the total issued share capital.
