PDMR share transfer
Quartix Holdings plc, a leading supplier of vehicle telematics services to the fleet and insurance sectors, has been notified that Peter Brown, a PDMR of the Company, transferred 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife. Mr. Brown's beneficial holding has not changed as a result of this transfer so he remains interested in 216,434 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 0.45 per cent. of the issued share capital.
