PDMR Shareholding
Quartix Technologies plc, one of Europe's leading suppliers of vehicle telematics services and driver analytics, has been notified today that Andy Walters, Executive Chair of Quartix has bought a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 178 pence per Ordinary Share. The purchase was made via the DL Walters trust of which Mr Walters is a trustee and of which Mr Walters' wife is the beneficiary. Following the purchase of shares, Mr Walters together with his wife hold in aggregate 10,861,609 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 22.44% of the current issued share capital.
