PDMR Shareholding
Quartix Technologies plc, one of Europe's leading suppliers of vehicle telematics services and driver analytics, has been notified that on 6 June 2022, Daniel Mendis, a former director of Quartix Limited and a PDMR of the Company, sold a total of 22,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 321.36 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, Mr Mendis is now interested in 15,929 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 0.03 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
