Director/PDMR Shareholding
Bluebird Energy plc ("Bluebird" or "the Company") announces that Andy Yeo, Chief Executive, has transferred 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his children (who are under the age of eighteen years).
Following the transfer Mr Yeo's beneficial interest in the capital of the Company is 8,700,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.75 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
