Total Voting Rights

In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ('DTRs'), QinetiQ Group plc (the 'Company') advises that as at 30 June 2018 its issued ordinary share capital consists of 571,757,121 ordinary shares of one pence each, including 3,882,884 shares held exclusive of voting rights in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 June 2018 is 567,874,237. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
