In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9(2), the Company notes that Christopher Samuel, Non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of Oakley Capital Investments Limited with effect from 17 November 2025. It is expected that Mr Samuel will become Chair of Oakley Capital Investments Limited in March 2026.
