Total voting rights

Quintain Estates and Development plc ('QED') notifies the market that, as at 4 June 2013, the ordinary issued share capital of QED consists of 520,994,527 ordinary shares and 5,234 ordinary shares held in treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in QED is 520,999,761.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in QED under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
