Directorate Update
The Company confirms that Simon Laffin, independent non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, retired from the Board of Quintain following the Annual General Meeting today. The search for his replacement is nearly complete and a further announcement will be issued presently. Chris Bell, Senior Independent Director and member of the Audit Committee, will Chair the Committee until an appointment is approved.
At the AGM, William Rucker, Chairman of Quintain thanked Simon for his valuable contribution to Quintain over seven years as a non-executive director and for his unwavering support for the Board and business, particularly as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
