Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company announces that it received notification today, from Caroline Silver, Non-executive Chair of the Company, that she had purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The shares were purchased at a price of £2.20 per share on 26 July 2018. Following this dealing, Mrs Silver holds 30,000 shares in the Company representing 0.007% of the shares in issue.
The notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
